What is the difference between a 2-day and a 3-day preschool class?
In our 2-day preschool class, children engage with a complete curriculum designed to nurture their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Through carefully crafted lessons and activities, our dedicated teachers facilitate a stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and growth. Each session is thoughtfully structured to provide a solid foundation for early childhood education.
Opting for the 3-day preschool class enhances the educational journey further. With the additional day, our teachers can offer more personalized attention, catering to the diverse needs of every child. This allows for targeted support for those who may require it, while also challenging advanced students to reach their full potential. Enrichment activities and non-curriculum materials integrated into the third day reinforce learning and provide opportunities for creative exploration, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience for all our young learners.
Fees Explained & Admissions Process:
Enrollment Fees:
The enrollment fee is a one-time payment required from parents or guardians upon registering their child. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing paperwork and maintaining records, while also securing a spot for the child in the program. The enrollment fees allow us to pre-order the curriculum for the school year, as well as purchase a good majority of the supplies and materials we may use in class during the school year. The enrollment fee is distinct from tuition fees, which cover ongoing costs.
Snack Contribution & Fee:
While some schools simply charge $5/mo more in tuition and include snacks in their price of tuition, we wanted parents to have an option when it comes to snack contributions:
1) Parent Provided Snack: Parents may choose the option to bring in a snack each month for the child's class. The benefit of parents providing monthly snack is we get a good variety of different options.
2) Snack Fee: This is a $5/mo fee invoiced to your account monthly. The fee is used to purchase bulk snacks for all classrooms. The benefit of paying the fee vs. parent contribution is convenience.
Admission Process:
1) Please read through the Parent/Family handbook and familiarize yourself with the school and it's policies and procedures.
2) Apply for enrollment through your Playground Account. If you do not have a Playground account, you will need to create a free account to complete the enrollment process.
3) After filling out your enrollment information, you will need to pay the enrollment fee. If we are unable to place your student in a class due to capacity, your enrollment fee will be refunded.
4) If you would like to pay cash, or check and do not want to pay the enrollment fee online, you can use the promo code: "PAYCASH". You will need to bring cash to our office at 29275 SE Eagle Creek Rd. Estacada, OR 97023. You may also send a check to PO BOX 1503 Estacada, OR 97203. We will tentatively hold your spot for 7 days in a class with the submission of an application in order for you to submit your enrollment fee. After 7 days, we will release your spot to the next applicant.
5) Once your application is received, our staff will review and process your application, then place your student in a class.
