We use a state-run system called ALERT IIS to securely access and manage student immunization records. This allows us to view and update your child’s information as needed. 📝 Important: If your child does not have a record in the database (for example, if you've recently moved to Oregon), or you are claiming an exemption, you will need to print and submit a signed form along with any required documentation to the school.
