Is Your Child Ready for Preschool?

First year students are at least 36 months* at the start of the school year and turning 4 during the school year.  Students should be mostly potty trained.  Pull-ups are accepted in certain circumstances. Using a pull-up is not automatically disqualifying.  As their preschool learning begins, we engage students through play, exposure to phonics, numbers, art, poetry, and the Bible, three-year-olds become students naturally and gain a strong foundation for kindergarten.

Student enrolled in 3-day per week class  will continue to reinforce student learning during from the week. We will integrate arts, crafts, specialty themed lessons, and supplemental learning themes while interacting through additional social engagement.  Student who choose not to enroll in Friday class will not miss out on their regular class day curriculum, but will get additional enrichment opportunities if they choose to participate. While M/W and T/Th classes are separated by grade level, Friday class is a combined 1st year and 2nd year class.

*limited capacity, available on a first-come, first-serve basis in order of registration submission.

Second year students are at least 4 years old at the beginning of the school year, turning 5 during the year. Our second year preschool program builds on the foundations set in the first year program. Students are introduced to money, proper scissor use, letter blends, counting 1-5 in Spanish, etc. The program allows opportunity for more independent learning and serves as a bridge between a preschool experience and kindergarten.

We've combined the expertise of early learning professionals with the highly popular Christian based Abeka curriculum and put that in a schedule that parents will love.  Our teachers are skilled in delivery of Abeka curriculum and our Kindergarten program will build on their second (Pre-K4) year.  While our schedule will be stimulating and structured, it will also take into account parents' wants and needs for their children.  Rather than everyday Kindergarten all day, our classes will be half days, three times per week.  While we may not be in class as often, children enrolled in our Kindergarten program will certainly not lose out on learning.  Our classes will have a maximum of 12 students, ensuring each student has the one-on-one learning experience to propel their growth.  Our goal is for each Kindergarten student to graduate in the Spring having already learned academic standards being taught in the 1st grade.
